The Warranty and Returns Associate position will be responsible for managing multiple tasks including managing and cataloging inventory, the testing of car audio equipment, and assisting the team with closing tasks.

Day-to-Day tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Processing of returns and refunds
• Updating inventory records using Quickbooks
• Testing and examining car audio equipment for defects
• Organize and palletize inventory
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized
• Abide by all company safety standards

Schedule

• Days of Operation: Monday-Saturday
• Some nights required

• $20.00 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a technical or warranty related department
• Strong (very) computer skills with the ability to navigate through systems seamlessly (primarily google cloud based)
• Ability to continuously move/lift heavy products (50+ pounds)
• Able to follow directions, and perform tasks accurately and systematically
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
