Candidate must be a Licensed Notary in state of CA and will be working in office Full-Time.

SUMMARY IF POSITION:

Notaries are sworn public servants and are thereby expected to uphold a standard of honesty and decency in official transactions. This position is responsible for serving as an impartial witness to the signing of legal documents for the company.

Description of Duties:

• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of in-house IDSNotary Log and be “the” staff expert with the biometric thumbprint/signature device.
• Must keep up with Notary Laws/guidelines and compliance in different states.
• Responsible for training new notaries within QLS or other M & H companies
• Responsible for testing IDSNotary software enhancements or fixes
• Backup to QLS production tasks, Compliance Team and QLS Legal Team

Experience and Skills:

• Must be a current certified notary public
• Must possess strong organizational skills and able to prioritize workload.
• Must be extremely detailed-oriented and a team player
• Must be able to meet high volume workload

Work Schedule: The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.
