Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate will directly report to the Warehouse Manager. Job entails being prompt, on time, and extremely detail orientated. You will be on your feet for 7-10 hours a day while processing picked product to ship to destinations all over the world. Quality and confidence is key, we expect a lot out of an associate with a winning attitude who can bring a smile to work every day.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Receives product using scanners, pulls and packs products and unloads shipments from trucks.

- Hands-on work. You can expect to handle packages ranging from small envelopes up to boxes weighing up to 49 pounds.

- Be on the move. You should be willing and able to operate carts and dollies in order to move large & small quantities of merchandise throughout a 8-10 hour day.

- Noise level varies and can sometimes be loud.

- Relaxed dress code means it’s Casual Friday every day.

- Temperatures in our warehouse may vary between 40 and 90 degrees. Dress accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills

- Must be at least 18 years old

- Have obtained a high school diploma or equivalent

- Means of transportation to and from your workplace

- You must be able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours a day and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation

- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong Computer Skills

- Good teamwork mentality: able to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships.
