As a Relationship Advisor or Relationship Manager, you will listen to identify member needs and use your products and services knowledge utilizing a consultative approach, providing solutions that are in the best interest of our members, delivering an exceptional member experience. If you are passionate about providing extraordinary customer service, motivated to learn and grow, and a strong team player, we want you on our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing members with sound financial advice while educating them on the features and benefits of Credit Union products and services.
• Providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service to members while processing their transactions.
• Responding to member requests, problems, and complaints in a solution-driven manner.
• Remaining current on Credit Union products, policies, and procedures as well as State and Federal regulations and guidelines.

Relationship Advisor - Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be technologically proficient, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.

Relationship Advisor - Nice-to-haves:

• Spanish speaking skills a plus.
• One-year previous experience in retail financial services, retail sales environment, or customer service position with cash experience preferred

As a Relationship Manager you will also be responsible for the following:

• Opening and processing all types of deposit and loan accounts including complex retail products such as consumer loans, debt protection/credit life insurance.
• Acquiring and establishing relationships with consumer and small business members while expanding relationships with existing members.

Relationship Manager - Must-haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• One year experience in retail financial services, preferably in a credit union or bank environment.
• Requires NMLS registration upon initial employment.

Relationship Manager - Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with consumer loans a plus.
• Spanish speaking skills a plus.
