Packaging I Client, a leading agricultural chemical company, has immediate openings for Production Worker I at the Sparks, GA site

The Job Purpose of a Production Worker I is to assist in batch operations under the direction of an Operator or Supervisor

As a formulation worker, duties will include handling bags, drums, jugs, and other materials associated with packing operations

Compliance with site conduct, safety, security & environmental protection rules

Adhere to quality and productivity standards

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Various duties in support of formulation including batching, labeling, and etc

Maintain good housekeeping standards

Regular lifting and handling of material

Adhere to quality and productivity standards

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must be willing to work 10-12 hour rotating hour shifts and weekends

Successful background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen required.

Must have the ability to be forklift certified.

Must adhere to high safety and quality standards

Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out instructions and training received.

Demonstrated ability to comprehend basic arithmetic functions.

Manufacturing experienced preferred.

Climbing stair up and down periodically required performing the role

Ability to lift at a minimum 50 lbs

Ability to pass all required medical evaluations which may include respirator clearance (if needed) and background checks

Salary: Up to $17.00 per hour
