We are a small Florida based tax, accounting and consulting company located in Bradenton. Our company’s mission is to bring high quality accounting & tax services to clients in the Tampa Bay area. We serve clients in a variety of industries, which always keep things interested and changing. We have a small (fun), close-knit workplace environment and are looking to grow!
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with the ability to work independently to come work with us. The Senior Accountant is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and the general ledger of a company but to give you a more specific idea - QuickBooks work (QBO and desktop), tax experience is a plus but not required, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account reconciliations overall, the ability to investigate discrepancies and communicate in an undestandable manner, and financial statement analysis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think independently but take direction, be respectful and pleasant to clients mostly via email but a few by phone, positive attitude. Please be flexible, adaptable and move quickly when circumstances change. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, a knack for organization and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Salary based on experience.
