Licensed Electrician Job at Real Equity Acquisitions
We are a real estate investment company looking for a licensed electrician to help complete our electrical-related punch list items on our houses before selling or renting. We aren’t a franchise or company that refers you to work - we have over 50 properties in the greater Cincinnati area that we own and are currently working on. This is a W2 full-time position after a month-long test period. This test period will be 1099. After a performance review, we can transfer you to be a W2 employee.

Requirements
Specific qualifications for the role:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Own or have access to truck/van
- Possess valid driver's license
- Owns standard set of tools to perform tasks
Duties & Responsibilities
Experience with the following tasks is preferred:
- Changing or replacing outlets and switches
- Hanging ceiling fans and lights
- Wiring for a new light fixture
- Replacing breakers
- Proven experience as an electrician
- Valid license to practice profession
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
