Job Title: QA Engineer
Reports To: QA Director
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Summary:
Priority Technology Holdings is looking for a skilled/ driven individual to join their growing team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for working on designing test strategies, documenting detailed test cases, executing test cases, and automation testing for the features. This position requires you to be a self-starter with the ability to deliver on time with quality, while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creating a test strategy document and test plan.
- Writing detailed test cases and organizing them such that they offer easy access for reusability.
- Creating automation sheets, executing them, and analyzing the results.
- Experience with manual testing and defect tracking.
- Reporting daily work status to the reporting lead.
- Owning quality delivery for sprint planned features.
Qualifications:
- Able to write basic My Sql queries.
- Experience in testing batch processes such as batch uploads/ file drops etc.
- Experience in testing Restful APIs.
- Hands on experience on automation testing.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work constructively with employees, stakeholders and management towards a common goal.
Requirements:
- Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or experience in software application testing
