This Role

We’re looking for a multi-tasking master to exceed customer expectations by delivering projects on time and on budget. This person is in a constant state of planning, status-checks, and problem-solving, ensuring the project is moving along as planned and making any necessary adjustments along the way. This person will collaborate across departments to ensure project success. The Project Manager also leads a team of Project Coordinators, depending on the scope of the project at hand. Our customers are #1, so a high level of customer service and clear communication skills are imperative for this role.

Must-Haves (Basic Qualifications)

• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks

• Self-motivated, self-directed

• Creative problem-solver; team player

• Experience providing excellent customer service

• 3+ years of project management experience

Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree

• PMP or other project management certificates

• Strong technical background in structured cabling/technical projects

• Previous experience managing technical projects

Location, location, location

Our Maitland, Florida office is conveniently located near I-4 and SR 414. Small yet delightful, we offer a friendly, casual, and hard-working environment. Just 15 minutes from downtown Orlando, we are close to great restaurants and recreation centers.

This position is also available within a commutable distance to our Wood Dale, IL office.

Schedule

Looking for a standard Monday-Friday 8am-5pm? This is it! We are are on a hybrid schedule, with part of the time in the office, part of the time working from home.
