PeopleShare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work for a large Pharmaceutical Manufacturer in King of Prussia, PA. This position offers a competitive salary and growth potential.

Job Details for the Customer Service Representative:

• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
• Pay Rate: $23-28/hour (Pay rate based on experience)
• Full-time: Temp to Perm
• Location: King of Prussia, PA

Job Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:

• Responsible for timely customer communications through phone and email, including but not limited to pricing information, order confirmation and shipping status.
• Proactively review open order reports and information providing documentation as requested to customers, manufacturing plants or sales.
• Process and monitor Return Authorizations, obtain required approvals for changes to customer specific information and special accommodations.
• Own, manage, maintain and update customer data and files.
• Maintain established performance metrics for order accuracy, volume of entries, phone volume and error rate

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

• Two years of pharmaceutical customer service experience.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a flexible environment with minimum supervision.
• Must be a team player and work well within a team environment
