We are seeking to hire Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians to work in our growing Phoenix Office.

Job Summary:
The Order Entry Pharmacy Technician is a critical contributor in getting patients the medications they need, when they need them. This requires you to enter new and refill prescriptions, consult telephonically with internal and external members of the health care team, and provide excellent customer service to the facilities we serve.
Job responsibilities include:
- Assisting with pharmaceutical preparation, distribution, and record keeping under pharmacist supervision
- Entering new and refill prescriptions including house stock orders, controls, and E-Boxes
- Consult with internal and external members of the care team to appropriately process medication orders
- Efficiently process prescription orders from multiple queues with accuracy to prevent medication errors, contribute to proper inventory management, ensure timely delivery of medications, and exceed customer expectations
- Apply basic knowledge of medication insurance coverage and collaborate to resolve rejections
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Arizona Pharmacy Technician license required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician required
Skills and Abilities:
- At least 1 year experience as a pharmacy technician – required
- Dependable, trustworthy, and customer service orientated – required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator
- Quick and independent learner
- Frameworks experience a plus
- Flexibility to work overtime and holidays as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
