• Salary dependent on experience
• Nursing Assistants will receive 13% shift differential for the entire shift (7P-7A).

• Med/Surg

Nursing Assistant duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Demonstrates competencies in Nursing Assistant skills based on current standards
• Ensures optimal patient care by adhering to hospital policy and standards of performance (e.g., answering call lights timely)
• Maintains patient documentation within scope of practice
• Communicates pertinent information regarding patient's progress and needs to appropriate hospital staff in a clear and tactful manner
• Demonstrates knowledge of emergency situations, recognizing and responding appropriately as outlined in hospital policy

Nursing Assistant Qualifications

• Full Time positions available. Day and night shift positions available.
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Completion of CNA certification or at least 1 year of experience in a facility working as a Nursing Assistant required
