Amerilab Technologies, Inc. is a growing and leading US manufacturer in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent tablets, and effervescent and non-effervescent powders in stick packs and sachets, and we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team.

Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for monthly wall-to-wall cycle counts of all packaging and raw materials located at the Main plant while complying with GMP and company standard operating procedures.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performs Inventory Spot Counts/Cycle Counts as requested.
• Communicates material shortages, quality issues, and concerns to Supervisor and Finance.
• Trouble shoots inventory discrepancies to establish root cause.
• Adheres to FIFO for material issuance.
• Ensures that production lines are staged on time and complete in accordance with the schedule.
• Performs warehouse projects that involve removing or re-working the racking in the warehouse.
• Responsible for returns to the warehouse and keeps Quarantine area clean (putting away items that have been released by Quality to their proper spot in the warehouse)
• Prepares / Ships finished goods as needed.
• Ensures that warehouse is clean and organized on a nightly basis.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education / Experience / Certifications:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse / production environment.
• Experience in inventory control and cycle counts.
• Experienced fork-lift driver a plus (stand-up / sit down / all other equipment as needed).
• 1-2 years’ experience using ERP Systems.

• Efficiency in Staging / Shipping / Receiving paperwork

• Efficiency in picking materials / counts / returns
• Communication both verbal and written
