We have operating rooms located at the Porter campus and the HealthPlex campus. The Porter campus has 10 operating rooms with services ranging from urology, general, neurology, and bariatrics. The HealthPlex campus has 6 operating rooms in the main OR with services of orthopedics, general, and ENT, 1 hybrid room for cardiac cases, and 3 operating rooms for GYN and Robotic cases. Our nurses demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, autonomy, and critical thinking skills. We orient new nurses to all of our surgical areas by providing a 16 week orientation with a dedicated preceptor in which nurses learn how to circulate cases in all of our service lines. • Responsible for collaborating with Directors, Managers, perioperative clinical coordinators, anesthesia department, physicians, and staff regarding the planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the current service initiatives to ensure the optimal delivery of safe care and service to all patients in the perioperative environment.
• Assist with ensuring high standards of paitient care through use of human, fiscal and material resources.
• Demonstrates strong commitment to excellence, development and growth of inter-disciplinary staff.
• Collaborates to develop positive professional relationships with physicians and intra-departmental peers, and the development of standardization throughout the operating in all specialties on both NRHS campuses.

• Master's Degreee Preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current Oklahoma nursing liecense as a registered nurse.
• Basic Life Support training for retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
• Current Basic Life Support is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employement.
• ACLS, PALS certification required throughout employment.
• 5 years experience in field of nursing. Management experience preferred.
