OTHSolutions is seeking a qualified individual to serve as a management consultant, focused on developing, implementing and marketing new risk management capabilities for a critical infrastructure protection stakeholder engagement program. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Identify information resources and key stakeholders critical to defining capability gaps.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to scope new solutions, including use case development.
  • Draw upon experience to identify a range of design solutions, perform an alternatives analysis and brief the government on job aid recommendations.
  • Conduct research, using stakeholder interviews, literature reviews and data-mining to identify and integrate content with job aids.
  • Conduct multiple, independent peer reviews to ensure job aids function, as desired, before submitting for government approval and distribution.
  • Socialize and iterate draft solutions with subject matter experts and leadership, to include soliciting and adjudicating feedback.
  • Craft custom print, online and in-person communications collateral to market the availability of new program capabilities.
  • Develop digital graphics and design the product layout to visualize content, emphasize critical material and improve readability.

Minimum qualifications required for the position include:

  • Undergraduate degree and 3-9 years of relevant experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of critical infrastructure protection doctrine and stakeholder landscape.
  • Demonstrated proficiency providing program development and project management services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build coalitions across complex groups.
  • Proven, results-oriented problem solving abilities and initiative.
  • Experience providing consulting services to federal program managers.
  • Ability to collaborate and thrive in a dynamic team-oriented and hybrid work environment.
  • U.S. citizenship.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

  • Significant preference for candidate with at least two years of experience supporting CISA or another Sector Risk Management Agency.
  • Defense Production Act experience.
  • Current DHS suitability.

Salary based upon qualifications and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
