We are currently looking for a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing insurance office. Our mission is to help our clients protect their world from the unexpected. We realize each client presents its own set of unique needs and our primary objective is to serve and educate our clients daily by being caring and knowledgeable insurance advisors. We offer work-life balance through flexible remote scheduling allowing for 3-4 day weekends most weeks. We are looking for someone who wants to work Part-Time Monday-Friday during normal school hours. If you have experience working in insurance and are looking for something new, look no further! We will even help you to get licensed as long as you are motivated to learn and are willing to be trained.

Responsibilities

  • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintaining client retention.
  • Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes and shop for renewals.
  • With your keen attention to detail, youll be taking payments and updating client information.
  • Your outstanding customer service skills will be essential in assisting clients with policy changes and issuing insurance documentation.

Requirements
  • An Active 2-20 License is Required.
  • 1+ Years of Customer Service Experience is Required.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize.
  • Basic computer software knowledge including experience with typing skills, data entry, Agency Management Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including professional phone etiquette.
  • Must be an organized, self-starter.
