The PCA Group of Companies is currently seeking a dedicated IT Analyst. As an IT Analyst you will work with management to determine IT objectives to improve business outcomes. The IT Analyst will design and implement information systems that will optimize organizational efficiencies. The IT Analyst will keep the company up to speed on best practices with IT standards and guidelines while troubleshooting systems
Responsibilities for IT Analyst
- Create and maintain Windows and applications that are deployed throughout portfolio
- Ability to develop scripts to automate manual tasks (install/uninstall software silently, onboarding/off boarding, etc.)
- Provide day-to-day support for users on a wide range of hardware and software issues
- Configure, Support, and Troubleshoot Software (Windows, MAC OS, Microsoft Office, Adobe).
- Set up and maintain hardware (Desktops, laptops, iPads, mobile devices, printers, AV systems and all other peripherals) with a periodic refresh
- Create/Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft office
- Help manage end user accounts, permissions, and access rights for all applications within the environment following Guidelines provided
- Create Knowledge Base articles for both users and I.T. Personnel to assist with knowledge transfer
- Administer and optimize SQL and other proprietary database systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast – paced work environment and work effectively through change
Qualifications for IT Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related focus, or equivalent experience
- Active Directory
- 2+ year of experience in a similar role
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to Create/Modify Group Policies
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Experience with Agile toolsets; Jira or similar
- Audio Visual / Conferencing technologies
- Display strong project management skills completing assignments in a timely fashion
- Highly self-motivated, able to work with a team but also self-sufficient
- Ability to quickly analyze situations, identify problems, and provide solutions
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Keep abreast of current and new technologies
