Primary Duties include

Direct / International Documentary Collections

• Processing Import and Export shipping documents and associated files with a high level of attention to detail in handling and client communications.

Foreign Exchange

• Assisting with currency customers in person at a teller counter and by telephone. Transactions must be handled accurately and efficiently

Handling checks are drawn on other countries

• Processing items received for deposits drawn on banks outside the United States. This product requires a high level of manual handling, research, and attention to detail

General Mandatory Team contributions include assisting with:

• Opening mail
• Answering phones
• Other special projects as assigned/needed

Job Qualifications

• High school graduate
• Basic to Intermediate knowledge & skills of Microsoft Windows/Excel
• Above average communication skills, written and oral
• Proven attention to detail
• Self-starter and motivator
• Team player

Preferred:

• Associates Degree in Business
• Customer Service experience
• Banking background
• International experience / Knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) guidelines
