Welcome to the exciting opportunity of becoming an Executive Housekeeper at our high occupancy FULL service Hotel! We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and take charge of managing and coordinating the tasks, requirements, and procedures related to hotel housekeeping and laundry operations. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for providing a positive guest experience throughout their stay while creating a fun and positive work environment for your team!
As an Executive Housekeeper, you will have the opportunity to work with an established company in the Newark Airport hotel Market. Our hotel is seeking a candidate who has experience with leading housekeeping teams, communicating effectively with management, and creating a loss prevention program.
Responsibilities include staffing the department accordingly to meet daily business demands, managing productivity and efficiency to align with company labor metrics, and supervising , Inspecting and possibly the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure guest satisfaction.
You will have the opportunity to issue supplies and equipment daily, communicate with staff to ensure consistency and understanding of objectives and priorities, and provide training including safety and standard operating procedures to staff to adhere to each hotel's brand standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
