The Parkview Hotel is in the heart of it all, between Syracuse University and Downtown Syracuse, offering travelers the perfect combination of comfort and service in a boutique hotel that’s clearly individual.
The Parkview Hotel is looking for Full and Part Time Guest Service Agents to join our Front Office Team. We are currently hiring for a mix of 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts, weekend availability a must.
Our Guest Service Agents are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent guest service skills and a great smile!
Duties Include but not limited to:
- Check-In/Departures
- Reservations
- Handling guest inquiries
- Knowledge of all hotel features/services
- Must have open availability to include: evenings, weekends and Holidays.
- Must have experience in: Word, Excel and Telephone Skills. Previous Hotel experience Preferred.
