Job Title: Flex Operator (#763730)

Flex Operator Pay Range: 1st Shift: $17.15 hourly; 2nd Shift: $19.15 hourly; room for advancement

Flex Operator Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:30am - 5pm M-Th; 2nd Shift: 3pm - 1:30am M-Th

Flex Operator Start Date: ASAP

The Flex Operator position in Dover, New Hampshire is responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining machines, and ensuring production of high quality products. The Flex Operator is also responsible for performing a variety of production tasks, including bonding and assembly of high-quality products, filling, packing, and inspecting in a fast-paced production environment. Successful candidates will have a strong eye for detail, adapt quickly, and be adept at working both alone and as part of a team. This is a physical position that requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. This is a full-time temporary position with room for advancement.

Flex Operator Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 6+ months of related experience, technical school, and/or training.

• Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office products, ERP or MRP systems

• Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time

• Ability to follow and implement safety protocols and procedures in maintaining a clean room environment, including use of PPE and refraining from the wearing of jewelry, makeup, and nail polish

• Good manual dexterity, good eye/hand coordination

• Basic Math skills
