We are a 47 year old, family founded, owned, and operated business. Our team is comprised of the new, and of the seasoned. We have team members with as much as 37 years of employment at Lake Norman Marina. We have wonderful customers with very high expectations, therefore, our team operates at a very high level.
Our facility is waterfront and we sell, service, store, and rent the boating industries finest brands. Our environment is upbeat and light, but yet high performing.
Lake Norman Marina is the largest boat dealership in all of the Charlotte Metro area. We are the best, because our team is the best!

· Someone who loves details and is extremely organized.
· Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
· Comfortable problem solving in a fast paced environment.
· The ability to learn new and different operating systems.
· Capability to adapt and thrive amidst ever-changing processes and systems.
· The ability to interact well with our team, provide great customer service, and represent our company well with other associates.
