The opportunity:

As the Sephora Collection Account Manager, North America, you are responsible for supporting the brand strategy and management of Sephora Collection throughout the North American region (Sephora USA, Sephora Canada, and Sephora at Kohls). Under the leadership of the Sephora Collection Account Director, North America, you will work to optimize brand priorities and presentation through every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate with the Sephora Collection global team in Paris, the North America Sephora Merchandising and Marketing teams, and the Sephora Collection North American brand team. In addition, you will:


  • Manage and implement brand strategies for the North American market that support the brand’s global priorities, based on business results, trends, and opportunities.
  • Foster effective relationships with cross-functional partners globally and throughout the North American region
  • Maintain current business knowledge and insights. Provide regular updates to North American and global partners.
  • Communicate and reinforce the brand’s global strategic vision with business partners
  • Partner with North American teams on assortment, pricing, brand expression, and visual merchandising strategies
  • Collaborate with Merchandise Operations on updates, brand expression, and visual merchandising. Ability to align with the global team on decisions
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved throughout North America
  • Analyze the impact of investments in terms of sampling, gratis, and other support from the global team
  • Identify opportunities in the assortments to maximize sales and limit inventory liabilities for both newness and the core product portfolio
  • Create solutions to address overstocks and discontinued items
  • Create and own weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting to leaders and executive teams
  • Monitor and communicate retailer and industry trends, identify white space opportunities for the brand
  • Represent the brand with the ability to flex to a wide variety of settings ranging from executive meetings to informal working sessions with business partners
  • Ensure the needs of cross-functional teams are understood and shared with the appropriate business partners on the global team.


We’re excited about you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+years of category, sales, or merchandising management
  • Strong interpersonal communication, analytical, organizational, & computer skills.
  • Ability to analyze the business, identifying trends and opportunities
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to quickly find creative solutions for issues that may arise within the North American region
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in managing ambiguity in sometimes uncertain situations
  • Plans and aligns to break down objectives into appropriate initiatives and actions to achieve KPIs
  • Strong interpersonal skills are team-oriented and comfortable working with all levels of management.
  • Time management skills to work efficiently and effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on excel and PowerPoint.


Working conditions:

  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model
  • The position requires scheduling flexibility and availability to meet with global partners in the early AM hours, as needed
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Domestic and International travel required (up to 20%). #LI-SCR


The target annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $123,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
