Fusion BPO Services is a call center that has contracts with multiple companies to provide sales and customer service support.

To qualify for this position you must reside in one of our work at home allowable states:

Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia,
Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

What are the calls about?

In this department you will be assisting with taking inbound calls from car insurance members. You will assist with updating the members accounts which includes address updates, telephone number, and adding on additional family members to the policy. You will be assisting with a wide variety of car insurance companies.

What are the hours?

Training hours are 11:00 am to 7:00 pm eastern time. Training is 5 days long with 5 days of nesting were you will be able to start taking calls. Are enriching training program will coach you up to meet callers needs.

The ideal candidate will need to be flexible to work an 8 hour shift anytime between these hours

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU IS VERY SIMPLE!

High school diploma or GED
1 year of previous call center experience is required
1 year of outbound call experience in a high volume call center environment
6 months of previous work at home experience
Highly self-confident
