St. Luke Lutheran Community is currently looking for a Supervising Cook for the Waterford, the fine dining restaurant in our senior independent living apartments.

Responsibilities include:

  • supervising and scheduling the Waterford’s dietary staff
  • direct food service functions including, but not limited to, food prep, cooking, following recipes, serving, and clean up
  • assist in developing methods for determining quality and quantity of food served
  • assist in the development and maintenance of established dietary objectives and standards
  • assist in the direction, supervision, scheduling, and evaluation of the performance of hourly dietary department personnel
  • assist with payroll and employee timecard processing
