Essential Functions

• Stocking products
• Loading trucks
• Operating a forklift
• Learn, maintain, and operate all processes associated with the position
• Manage preventative and predictive maintenance tasks as directed
• Responsible to report to work at the scheduled time; be a team member, who can be depended upon to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner; be conscientious about assignments
• Maintain a team environment with other employees and departments
• Maintain a high level of customer service and friendly atmosphere
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Communicate effectively

• Be certifiable for driving a forklift
• Open to varied work schedule including evenings, weekends, inclement weather, and other projects related to timely and accurate warehousing and distribution of product.
• CDL would be desired but is not a requirement.

• Background check and drug test will be conducted, and driving record will be checked.

Working Conditions

• Work is performed in a warehouse with a significant amount of walking on concrete surfaces. Entrances may be open; work conditions during summer can be very hot, and very cold during winter
• Workspace could have excessive dust, and on occasion be noisy due to the traffic of motorized vehicles operated in the building
• Periodically may work outside and be exposed to the elements
• Will lift, bend, stoop, pick up, and move objects up to 50lbs. unassisted
• Will work in a typical warehouse environment with fluctuating seasonal temperatures
• Will spend up to 8 hours standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushing
• Position may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection.

Pay depends on experience, 40 hours per week and includes paid vacation time, health/dental/vision insurance and retirement program.
