Job Responsibilities:

  • Optimize inventory quantities and warehouse layout for efficient operations
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date inventory of all delivered, stored, and shipped products
  • Develop and refine standardized warehouse processes and methodologies
  • Ensure shipping and receiving is being done promptly and correctly
  • Ensure all incoming deliveries are being checked for accuracy and damage
  • Coordinate with Service Department to track, receive, and document product returns
  • Effectively direct and delegate staff a staff of (12)
  • Establish/maintain an operating rhythm so staff is prepared and organized for kitting and assembly processes
  • Track job statuses/completion within a metrics-driven environment
  • Ensure that products received from vendors are QC’d within a reasonable timeframe
  • Coach, guide, and assist in the professional development of direct reports by establishing/maintaining accountability and positive employee relations
  • Conduct routing check-ins with staff in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Organize and lead recurring meetings with the Warehouse team
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment within proper regulations of the FDA, fire dept, state board of health, safety, etc.

  • DIRECT HIRE opportunity
  • Salary: $70,000-$80,000/yr. (DOE)Comprehensive Benefits package is also offered

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of managerial or supervisory experience, preferably within a retail or “big box” environment.
  • Proven track record of job stability in previous roles (3+ years’ longevity)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to positively motivate staff
  • Previous experience working within a metrics-driven environment
  • Ability to direct/delegate staff and establish/maintain accountability
  • Ability to work with a high-level of accuracy and a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively deal with push-back and overcome employee resistance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to initiate process improvements in order to meet operational goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
