Wilde Toyota has a rare opportunity to join a well-established team at a high-volume Toyota store in West Allis, WI. Wilde Toyota is now in partnership with Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), North America’s largest publicly traded dealership group.

Wilde Toyota is looking for a highly motivated, goal driven, and Used Vehicle Manager. The ideal candidate understands the importance of top-rated customer service, can manage, and maintain a robust used car inventory of 350 units, and lead a large established high-performing sales team. This person needs to be well versed in the sales process, has complete knowledge of vehicle prices and the overall condition of the inventory.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Used Vehicle Manager in a high-volume store.
• Experience working with Toyota or similar manufacturers preferred.
• Skilled at inventory acquisition through traditional and non-traditional sources.
• Experience building, training, and developing a high performing team.
• CDK experience is beneficial.
• Ability to provide consistent input on competitive actions in the marketplace.
• Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
• High detail orientation (inventory management, website maintenance, follow up with salespeople on used car leads, consistent follow up with service department on recon progress, etc.
