Reports to: Trim and Packaging Manager

The ideal Trim Assistant is a patient individual that is good with their hands and mentally sharp. This job does require the mental fortitude to sit or stand in one place all day. While wearing gloves, the trimmer must process the buds as quickly as they can while being careful to gently handle the buds without applying too much pressure or damaging them. The trimmer is primarily responsible for the efficiency and quality of the plant in preparation for sale.

Requirements:

• Efficiently trimming
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the staging area while performing trimming
• Maintaining a quality product
• Passion for the industry and resilience
• Punctuality
• Ensuring a smooth flow of operations within the company by effectivity communicating with management
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Capable of learning/performing all basic necessary tasks asked of the general staff. Packaging, weighing, labeling, sealing, and managing packaged material
• Accountability and initiative
• Operating with integrity and honesty
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs. and willingness to assist in any additional side task
• Must have reliable transportation

The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 20 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Working Environment:
Work is performed in a cultivation and growing atmosphere and must follow GMP Quality standards. Use of mechanized equipment in warehouse environments should be expected.
