Our Traveling Orthodontic Team is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to assist in the smooth operation of our busy Orthodontic department. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong office professional to join a great team of like-minded professionals that share a common goal of providing excellent patient care!

THIS IS A TRAVELING POSITION where the Orthodontic team works in a different location each day, going to each location 1-4x monthly. Locations are all based in Massachusetts, and as your team travels to other offices to provide Orthodontic care, you’ll be joining them on the journey.

The ideal candidate is dependable, and organized, has a positive attitude, and strong communication skills, and wants to work in a team environment. Reliable transportation is a must due to the daily travel required. You’ll help them manage the financial commitments associated with their care, along with any future appointments they may need to manage their dental health.

Currently offices traveled to include:

Roslindale, MA

Lynn, MA

Peabody, MA

Malden, MA

Waltham, MA

Taunton, MA

Westborough, MA

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Greeting Patients

Verifying orthodontic insurance benefits

Scheduling patient appointments

Performing patient check-in and check-out from orthodontic appointments

Placing outbound calls to schedule orthodontic appointments

Collecting patient treatment payments

Setting up patient payment plans for orthodontic treatment

Submitting & following up with prior authorizations

Treatment plan presentation for orthodontic treatments and procedures

Timely collection of all orthodontic treatment payments, including collecting past due balances for outstanding payment plans

Experience:

Customer service experience required

Dental reception or treatment coordinating experience preferred

Orthodontic treatment coordinating / planning experience preferred
