The Salt Line is looking for Servers! Very busy established restaurant with a beautiful waterfront location across from Nats Stadium. Spring is here and we are looking to boost our team! Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Positions available.

Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient and organized; are excellent TEAM players (pooled house), take genuine pride in a job well done and enjoy providing truly memorable guest experiences. Candidates bring a positive and professional approach to the position and possess a genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the restaurant business.

Little bit about us: The Salt Line concept combines the spirit of a New England Style Raw Bar and Fish House with the bounty of the Chesapeake and the energy of the Nation’s Capital. Located across the street from Nats park in the Capitol Riverfront neighborhood, The Salt Line has established itself as one of the most acclaimed and busiest restaurants in Washington DC. Both loved neighborhood go-to and dining destination, TSL has received numerous accolades including a coveted three stars from the Washington Post's Tom Sietsema. the 2019 Rammy for Chef of the Year to Kyle Bailey, and the 2020 Rammy for Favorite Gathering Place.

Desired Qualifications:

Ideally 1-2 years of relevant high volume/upscale dining server experience
Basic professional level of knowledge of food, beverage and wine service
Positive attitude and friendly disposition
Professional, punctual, reliable
Team oriented mindset - we are a pooled house
Minimum of three shifts of availability
Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors
