Now Hiring Temporary Customer Service Advisor (June through September) -
$500+ Completion Bonus $17.00 per hour.
A Temporary Customer Service/Relations Advisor (CRA) plays an important role in ensuring that the customer's experience is a positive one during our company's busiest season. The CRA assists sales in setting customer expectations, work proactively to keep customers updated on their order, and is responsible for handling any customer issues or problems with efficiency and empathy. Customer Relations is the department with the largest opportunity to ensure that enduring relationships are developed with customers. As we can't hire all of our Temporary CRA's there is potential for this position to turn permanent after busy season.
Responsibilities
No Weekends, various shifts between 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Answer incoming calls and e-mails from customers pertaining to order status, and other minor issues as well as setting up initial customer issues for handling
This position is responsible for proactively communicating with the customer to keep them informed of progress throughout the resolution process
Work with vendors and carriers to identify solutions that are agreeable to all parties
Ensure successful resolution of a problem via follow-up with both manufacturer and customer to make sure determined resolution occurred
This position is located at our Norwood, Ohio office
Additional projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Passion for creating positive customer experiences
High School diploma
1+ years of call center experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain customer focus
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
High-level problem solving and decision-making skills
Basic math skills
