Job Summary:

ADHD Online, LLC is a nationwide Telemedicine company based out of Grand Rapids, MI. We have created a proprietary logic-based asynchronous e-visit platform, which allows our psychologists to complete ADHD assessments for adults and children remotely. Once diagnosed, our patients have the option to seek treatment with our team of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. We are expanding our treatment services to now include online short-term evidenced based therapy as a treatment option for patients who complete our assessment, as well.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mental Health Clinician independently licensed in one of the following states; Florida, Indiana, or Tennessee to help us build our nationwide online therapy service. This is a unique opportunity as we are looking for a dedicated Clinician who is willing to provide feedback, present recommendations, and grow with our company to develop a successful online therapy service.

Hours:

• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per week
• Flexible weekly schedule

Job Type:

• 1099 Contractor

Compensation:

• $60 per 50 min session
• $25 per session for patient no-shows

Professional Liability Insurance:

• Professional liability insurance is covered for those who can provide a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week

Location & Equipment Requirements:

• Remote from any location
• Must have a sterile work environment, free from external noise
• Must have reliable internet connection
• Must possess a desktop computer, laptop, and/or tablet to conduct video visits

EHR:

• Customized version of DrChrono
• User-friendly proprietary platform

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides online short-term evidenced based therapy services for adults and children with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions
• Develops treatment plans with patients
• Properly and timely document session notes for each patient
• Maintains monthly communication and feedback to leadership, or as needed
• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's goals
• Maintains compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and professional standards
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices and telemedicine regulatory changes

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in providing short-term evidence based therapy for ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions in children and adults
• Telemedicine experience preferred
• Proficient with computers and the use of electronic health record systems
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of state telemedicine laws and regulations

Education & Licensure:

• Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or mental health-related fields
• Active Independent Licensure to practice therapy in on one or more of the following states of FL, IN, TN
• (LPC, LCSW/LISW, LMFT, LCMHC, or PsyD)
• Individual NPI number

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
