We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team!
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for executing the recruitment function in support our Supply Chain and Logistics headcount growth. He/she will own the entire recruiting process-sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding. He/she will also be responsible for devising and implementing talent acquisition strategies to support our talent needs.
To be successful in this role, the Technical Recruiter should possess technical and industry knowledge with ability to understand the target software and hardware roles and related skill requirements. Additionally, he/she should be focused, proactive, and able to consistently close top engineering talent in a fast-paced environment.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to build effective sourcing, assessment and closing approaches based on a deep understanding of the business goals
- Engaging applicants from screening process through offer negotiation, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- Identifying effective recruiting channels and sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best talent
- Sourcing candidates via resume database, networking sites, social media channels, and deep web sourcing techniques
- Conducting professional and thoughtful phone interviews that are infused with industry/role specific probing questions as the conversation/interview dictates
- Crafting and negotiating attractive and competitive compensation packages
- Continuously building talent pipeline to ensure there are always multiple candidates in play
- Keeping hiring managers up to date on any market changes that would impact the hiring process or talent community
- Initiating and/or supporting strategic projects to continuously improving the quality of our recruitment processes and strengthening our employer brand
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a previous recruitment role
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- Ability to work in dynamic and constantly changing work environment
- Strong sense of urgency to get things done quickly and accurately
- Ability to incorporate business needs and talent market knowledge into recruitment strategies, programs, and tools
- Proven ability to utilize appropriate interpersonal styles to establish effective relationships with internal/ external customers, business partners, and colleagues
- Superior customer service, communications skills and attention to detail in all interactions with candidates and colleagues
- Consistent record of employing creative sourcing strategies as well as filling complex positions with long recruiting cycles
- Results driven while demonstrating consultative approach with candidates and hiring leads
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence and persuade
