What You Will Do:

• Task Order Program Manager will be the primary point of contact for any contractual matters.
• The position requires an individual with the ability to write and communicate at the collegiate/graduate level, as well as proven ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure in an uncertain environment.

What You Will Need (Minimum Job Requirements):

• Master's degree from an accredited university or college, in such fields as public policy management, business administration, criminal justice, or national security studies.
• Twelve (12) years of experience managing performance on Federal Government contracts.
• Eight (8) years of safeguards and security experience.
• Experience managing projects focused on the facilitation, analytical, and technical support services for the implementations, operations, and oversight of the mission and programs assigned to NA-70.
• Experience and knowledge of project management techniques including management principles ranging from conceptualizing, planning, design, project development, and understanding of cost, scheduling, and control measures.
• Experience managing subcontractors and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure reports and deliverables meet expectations and to interface with senior Government managers.
• The services specified performed at the following locations: the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration's (DOE/NNSA) Headquarters facilities located in Germantown, Maryland, the James Forrestal Building and The Portals Building located in Washington, D.C., and the NNSA Albuquerque Complex, located in Albuquerque, NM.
