Iro sushi is a small business in Irvine, CA. We are agile, creative and fast-paced. We are looking for sushi head chef and assistant head chef. sushi experience is a must. We are looking for someone who is sharp, detail oriented and pleasure to work with.

We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic Sushi Chef who can work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The right candidate will enjoy preparing and serving fresh, delicious food to patrons and will be able to keep up with the demanding pace of our kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Memorize menu.
- Prepare sushi.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Be knowledgeable about food safety regulations.
- Be knowledgeable about health insurance regulations.
- Be familiar with business accounting practices.
- Know how to surprise customers with new foods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.75 per hour
