POSITION SUMMARY

Bring your tools, truck, trailer, and team, and become a part of the Andersen legacy! Your crew can learn RbA of Sacramento’s installation methods and become Certified Master Installers in 2-4 weeks of paid training. Our in-house staff take care of measuring, ordering, scheduling and coordination with customers. Start your day at our warehouse in Rancho Cordova and pick up the provided materials, pre-staged for you so you can focus on doing what you do best: Greeting our customers at their homes and showing them what top-notch installation and customer delight looks like after a job done right. We offer a generous rate of compensation based on units installed. Posted range is calculated based on a two-person crew.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively perform job site set up and tear down
• Complete installation of window and door products in accordance with company standards and processes
• Understand contract provisions pertaining to product install to ensure appropriate job completion
• Build and sustain positive homeowner relations
• Maintain legal compliance and perform duties using proper safety techniques
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality, and communicate with internal staff as needed
• Satisfactorily pass inspections of completed work upon job completion

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of window installation OR construction remodeling experience
• A proven track record of superior workmanship and a strong focus on customer service
• Reliable truck, trailer, and tools with a minimum crew size of 2
• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and the ability to pass a background check
• Valid CSLB "B" General Contractor’s License required
• C-17 Contractor’s License required within 90 days
• Worker’s Compensation and General Liability insurance - $1 Million Each Occurrence required
• LSWP certification preferred
