Responsibilities for Staffing Recruiter - Recruiter - Recruiting - Entry Level Management - Management Trainee

• Source, and recruit, a high volume of healthcare providers to be placed throughout client facilities in the pacific northwest.
• Develop and manage relationships with Client Organizations
• Interview and screen candidates for placement
• Assist in facilitating the onboarding process with candidates
• Strategize, develop and execute a marketing plan
• Negotiate wages with prospective candidates
• Network with trade associations
