Splashed™ is a Spring Break Music Festival in the Houston, Texas area. Phyziro, LLC is a startup company that creates truly unique experiences, with Splashed™. We answer many questions and intend to solve a multitude of problems with the existence of our festival. Our focus is on technology, art, music, and well... simply... all things entertainment. We celebrate the beauty of enterainment and all things that entertain us today as we look forward to what will entertain us tomorrow.

The Ultra Hype squad at Phyziro, LLC are the CEO interns in the mailroom starting from the bottom. We are ambitious visionaires with our heads in the clouds but our feet firmly planted on the ground. Your Role

Before you can be a CEO, you have to start in our mail room but at Phyziro, LLC it's a nice mail room. You have your comfy bed and whatever other nifty things you keep in your room, maybe a lava lamp?! Too cool!

This is easy if you:

1) have a large following of people that value all of the cool things you share with them!

2) are a professional marketing wizard!

3) are a people person that loves meeting and talking to new people, while sharing neat things with them!

This is hard if you:

1) don't like to talk to people and really think people just suck...

2) are not a self-starter and you have no motivation :(

If you decide you can do it, we'll give you a chance! We may be looking for someone just like you!

We're offering a very lucrative compensation package to our Splashed™ Ambassadors that spread the word like wildfire and collect sales.

The ideal candidate will be a highly-motivated self-starting individual that can work with little to no supervision; has excellent interpersonal and selling skills with a natural ability to engage customers. You MUST make sales to be successful in this position. No one said being your own boss would be easy but we make it possible for our Ultra Hype squad; come prove your worth here.

This is an exciting role with many opportunities to realize your selling potential. You may work with people from various levels in the organization performing a multitude of tasks such as: collaborating, creating marketing plans and strategies, graphic designing, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Be outgoing, friendly, and personable.
• Maintain a professional attitude in all interactions.
• Know about the company's products and services.
• Build rapport with customers and potential customers.
• Foster a positive image of the company.
• Sell passes to the Splashed™ festival.
• Pass out flyers and educate customers about the festival.
• Create content to market on the behalf of Splashed™

This position is 100% commissioned based on a bi-weekly pay schedule.

DISCOUNTED FOOD DURING THE EVENT & 60% EVENT ACCESS

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $540.00 - $1,800.00 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift

• Houston, TX 77039: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
