Shift Lead

We are excited that you are interested in a Shift Lead position at Owens Corning Eloy!

As a Team Coordinator at our facility, you will be working overseeing a shift of production workers ensuring that he manufacturing process runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring production is run to schedule
• Leading hourly team members to produce quality product, safely.
• Verifying the quality of product
• General housekeeping and safety practices
• repurposing the insulation

Shift Schedule: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (rotating shift schedule; equivalent of 3 or 4 12 hours shifts per week)

• Starting Rate: $32 - day shift, $33 - night shift
• Scheduled overtime shifts are paid at 1.5 times the rate
• Holiday pay

Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 2+ years experience as a supervisor requires
• Manufacturing, Machine Operating, Packaging experience preferred
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts
• Available to work rotating shifts
