Service Coordinator (Kitchen and Bath Industry) Job at Cabinet Genies
Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in the kitchen and bath industry. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling service crews to perform punch work and complete service orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating service schedules with customers and service crews
- Dispatching service crews to job sites
- Tracking and updating service orders in our system
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating installation and remodeling projects
- Maintaining accurate records of service orders and crew schedules
- Purchase necessary parts and replacements
- Arrange and schedule subcontractors needed to complete service calls
- Track and maintain service parts for technicians
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills, including experience with scheduling and dispatch software
- Experience in the kitchen and bath industry is a plus
