Senior Customer Service Representative Job at Tuf-Tite Inc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support a team-based environment by holding meetings, communication changes, and encouraging team member feedback
- Establish process flow and improvements with new ERP software, and train employees
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email
- Maintains customer database, updating information as needed
- Accurately collect and notate order information and verify all information with customer
- Ensures security of information including customer information
- Completes documentation needed for shipments which includes, bill of lading, any export documentation, and anything else required to complete the shipment
- Communicate with Warehouse and Shipping manager as needed to complete orders or shipments or resolve issues with orders
- Researches and resolves shipping errors, pricing/product discrepancies
- Support and follows all Company policies and procedures
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Education and Experience:
- Impeccable communication skills, written and verbal
- Must have good computer and math skills
- Must be able to handle high volumes of work while remaining professional
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service role
- High school diploma

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
