Currently, StaffBright has a great Senior Controller opportunity in Royal Oak, MI. This person will lead a team and focus on financial operations like forecast development, planning and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CFO to support financial growth at the company
• Manage a team of accountants
• Make recommendations for profit opportunities and effective planning
• Assess costs, budgets, trends, and variances
• Responsible for financial reports and organizations accounting practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting
• 5+ years of overall experience in Public Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in a Corporate or similar role
• Experience with managing a team of people
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and integrations

All Star Candidate:

• Strong FP&A and CPA
• Technical Accounting experience
