Job Summary

The Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for leading development efforts, driving adoption and appropriate use of technology and consulting on internal and external development efforts to ensure code quality and sound architecture. The candidate will be responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of the technology solutions for omni-channel contact center with a focus on Google CCAI virtual agents. They are the development team’s point of contact that must interface with business partners of varying roles ranging from technical staff to executive leadership.

Duties (included but not limited to):

• Work closely with strategic enterprise planning members to align Contact Center technology software capabilities, policies, and standards with business needs
• Take a lead role on development teams, providing guidance on contact center software architecture, design decisions, and mentoring.
• Working directly with Business Partners to provide guidance on how to design and implement software solutions that solve the business need.
• Develop, propose, and provide guidance on implementation of large IT and Business initiatives.
• Performing development using HCA standards and procedures, maintaining code and version control through Microsoft Team Foundation Server and/or other such tools as needs arise.
• Managing development projects thru inception, elaboration, development, testing, and implementation with the help of other assigned resources.
• Maintenance of a message oriented middleware with an emphasis on processing very high volumes of HIS transactions delivered in real time.
• Creating Schemas, Maps & orchestrations while building custom pipeline components.
• Developed automated builds for applications across environments.
• Using various tools: GCP, CCAI, MS-SQL, SFTP, JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Swagger
• Completing Unit Testing and participating in Peer/Code Reviews of other developers work
• Providing advanced software development troubleshooting to other development teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• GCP and CCAI dialog flow
• Omnichannel Contact center technologies including IVR, Virtual Agents, Outbound campaigns, and texting
• UIPath Automation
• Experience in Data Modeling
• Ability to create and maintain MS SQL queries
• Ability to operate and communicate effectively within deadlines.
• Experience as an effective member of teams.
• Ability to work with little supervision

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience with software development, architecture and delivery
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, CCAI Dialogflow, and API integration Technical development background and aptitude for solving logic problems
• An eagerness to stay abreast of emerging technologies that can be applied to business challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Education:

• College graduate required
