CUSA, LLC an Atlanta based Hospitality and Property Management company is seeking qualified candidates for Senior Accounting Specialist/Regional Controller. This is a hands-on role as the financial leader for multiple properties, reporting to the Vice President of Finance. Remote location opportunities available.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
> Review of daily financial reporting including: cash, credit cards & accounts receivable.
> Review and update of expense reporting using M3 Accounting Systems in assuring accuracy of coding and values.
> Compilation of profit & loss statements and review of accuracy and comparative analysis to forecasted and budgeted projections.
> Cash Management reporting, including funding requests as needed.
> Relations development with property management and regional Directors of Operations to assist in identifying inconsistencies in reporting and processes.
> Oversight, implementation, and review of Company financial policies to minimize operational and fiscal risk.
> Maintenance of bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
>Reconciliation and maintenance of Balance Sheets on a monthly basis.
>Assist in transitions of new property additions, as well as, property audit reviews on a periodic basis.
>Other tasks and assignments as directed.
Job Requirements:
> 4-year College Degree
> M3 Experience required
> 3+ years hotel multi property accounting experience
> Multiple property experience required
