**HIRING IMMEDIATELY

$1200.00 SIGN-ON BONUS
Description: - This is a sanitation position that will perform clean-up duties

- The individual obtaining this position will have the opportunity to progress in
class to CIP operator

- This position will need to help with any duties as needed related to his/her shift
as assigned by Group Leaders such as dock, cooler, and blowmold

- This position will be required to operate CIP 1A & 1B

- This position will be required to learn other Sanitation and CIP systems

- This position will perform clean-up, sanitation and CIP duties in the ice cream
department as needed

- Aptitude to learn and the willingness to take training and perform preventive
sanitary maintenance, disassembly, rebuilding and inspection of equipment and
lines

- Must be willing to cross train and perform other duties as assigned

- Must be a willing part of the clean-up team fulfilling the duties of a team member

Qualifications:

- Must be willing and able to perform described duties and
assignments

- Must be able to maintain the highest quality, sanitation and manufacturing
standards

- Must be responsible for quality work

- Must be able to lift 61 pounds on a regular basis

- Must have good communication and teamwork skills

- Must have aptitude and ability to do mechanical fundamental and trouble
shooting

- Will be expected to learn and actively participate in activities designed to
enhance SmithFoods lean process

- Falsification of any records, misstatement of any results, or any willful act which in any way jeopardizes the quality, value, or integrity of SmithFoods products will result in discipline including discharge and prosecution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.27 - $22.99 per hour
