Samuel Shriqui Salon, upscale full service salon located on the Upper East Side, NYC is hiring for a part-time front desk receptionist with a high level of professionalism, accountability, excellent customer service etiquette, and strong communications skills. Previous salon experience is required.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls, emails & scheduling appointments
- Professionally guiding the check in & check out process for each client
- Handling cash and credit card transactions & balancing out the register consistently
- Communicating clearly with the team to ensure a smooth daily flow of appointments
- Responsibly opening / closing the salon
- Team paying with the front desk colleagues
- Maintaining salon structure & etiquette

We offer commission on retail sales, 50% discount for purchases on all products and complimentary services after one month of employment.
