We are currently seeking professional Retail Wireless Sales Consultants for our Marshfield store who are goal-oriented, self-motivated and truly passionate in regards to sales and customer service. As a trusted advisor, a Wireless Sales Consultant for UltraCom Wireless will develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers while providing the ideal customer experience. The UltraCom Sales Consultant engages customers by utilizing selling skills to build connected solutions.

Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Consultant for UltraCom Wireless, you will perform many essential tasks and duties to ensure that the store operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling all aspects of the sale including: customer contracts, customer bill payments, customer education, customer warranty & service issues, and cash/ credit card/ check transactions, customer follow up
• Meeting all sales objectives and company goals
• Develop, maintain and foster customer relationships while ensuring ongoing communication with your customer through a company callback program
• Maintain a strong, up to date knowledge of wireless products, services, plans and accessories
• Community Involvement

Job Requirements

UltraCom Wireless Sales Consultant’s provide the ideal customer experience, continuously educate customers on the latest technology, are proactive in gaining long term customer loyalty, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Work schedules are generally created one month in advance, promoting great work life balance. Consultants work a mix of days, evenings, and weekends.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
• 1 year cellular sales experience preferred, but not required
• 1 year retail sales / customer service experience preferred
• Ability to organize and manage time effectively
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to travel for training and company meetings
