Due to our current growth at Richter LT Performance Advisors we have an immediate opening for a Revenue Cycle Manager- Remote to join our leadership team.

Richter is a privately owned and operated company that has been specializing in RCM accounting and clinical/financial consulting for our clients for over twenty years! Richter Healthcare Consulting is currently seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager - to join us in providing care, innovations, and results to every client experience! Must have LTC /SNF experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees all third party billing activities, reviews all relevant performance metrics and dashboards to assure goals are met, reviews client payers, monitors denials management process, identify process gaps
  • Supervises and upports Associate Managers to ensure that revenue cycle operations are completed timely for all third party activities
  • Maintains client relationship to ensure third party billing activities are completed and address any concerns within the scope of an engagement letter
  • Participates in proactive identification, quantification, and resolution of issues and the potential risk to Richter and its clients
  • Provides oversight of Associate Managers and reviews materials identified for accounts receivable reviews
  • Works with Associate Managers to identify solutions to issues escalated as concerns in Richter process and client workflows
  • Meets regularly with Associate Manager to review staff performance and address client-related issues and concerns
  • Analyzes client data and identify trends within the revenue cycle process to provide feedback to our clients and team members
  • Participates in all leadership meetings to provide feedback and critical input to elevate Richter’s core values
  • Communicates/facilitates special projects and requests as needed
  • Manages quality control measures and provide feedback to employees and senior leadership
  • Develops and participate in Management Letter review with client senior leadership
  • Reads and applies industry updates and teaching documents to our internal processes
  • Reviews KPI, dashboards, standardized reports, and able to identify areas requiring attention
  • Diagnoses issues and present data and analytics to support the best possible outcome
  • Work with senior leadership in recruiting, onboarding and performance evaluations of team members
  • Supports development of training & job aids for associated workflows and processes, utilized daily
  • Assures skill sets are update through continuing education of the long term post-acute care revenue cycle industry
  • Participates and assists with new client onboarding
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business or other related field or equivalent not required but highly recommended
  • Must possess strong managerial competencies in the areas of leadership, subject matter expertise, critical thinking, communication, mentoring, and situational assessment as they pertain to Long Term Post-Acute Care
  • Need to be innovative and capable of guiding the firm in initiating various change management initiatives with the view of leading and guiding the firm towards growth and development
  • Must possess strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
  • Must possess strong analytical skills and be adept in interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
  • Must be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices, and willing to embrace new technology
  • Must be a great team player with a focus on making all of those around you better
