A Restoration Cleaning and Contents Supervisor is responsible for working as part of a team to perform emergency services and contents restoration work while adhering to company policies and procedures regarding remediation.

This includes, but is not limited to, supervising cleaning technicians on job sites, but could include packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, cleaning and deodorization of facilities, assisting with the inventory of site contents, set up of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage and lifting items into storage.

The individual will also adhere to EPA, OSHA, and local requirements regarding safety and hazardous materials handling. Other qualifications and responsibilities might arise as deemed necessary by circumstances.

Needed to qualify:

2+ years of supervisory experience

Bilingual a plus

Current IICRC certifications preferred

Must have experience with cleaning structures and contents cleaning and packing.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and lead.

Good communication skills and commitment to company safety policy are a must.

Must be willing to travel and have a flexible schedule.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stand while working for an entire shift.
